Three Step Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 1 cup Pic’s Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp plant based protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 60 grams chocolate, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


1. Combine all ingredients (except chocolate) in a mixing bowl, mix well.

2. Press fudge mixture into a lined spring-form tin. Sprinkle chocolate on top and gently press into the fudge. Top with sea salt flakes.

3. Freeze for 30 minutes - 1 hour, and voila!
