1. Gently melt the cacao butter until liquid. Stir in the maple syrup and cacao and continue to mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Line a tray with greaseproof paper and pour in half of the chocolate mix.
  3. Pop this into the freezer and allow to harden for 20 minutes.
  4. Combine the peanut butter and maple syrup and mix well.
  5. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate slab and top with the remaining chocolate.
  6. Place this into the freezer for 2 hours to allow the chocolate to set.
  7. Slice into portions and enjoy!
