PEANUT & CHOCOLATE BUTTER KINGSTONS

Ingredients for the biscuits

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp warm water
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Ingredients for the centre

  • 1/3 cup Pic’s Peanut & Chocolate Butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix until sticky (it is easiest to use your hands).
  4. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Shape into small cookies (approx. 12) and arrange on a lined baking tray.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  7. Once cool, spread Pic’s Peanut & Chocolate Butter on one cookie and sandwich with another.
  8. Repeat this process with the remaining mix.
  9. Place in the fridge for an hour or so to allow the chocolate centre to set. Alternatively, enjoy as is.
