Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped
  • 1 fresh banana
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2-3 medjool dates
  • 1/2 Tbsp hulled tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp Pic’s Crunchy Peanut Butter

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients (except peanut butter) in a high-power blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Stir through crunchy peanut butter (using a spoon) to retain crunchy texture.
  3. Pour (or spoon) into a jar/glass and layer with buckinis (or granola), additional peanut butter, chocolate, and/or crushed peanuts.
