- Combine all ingredients (except peanut butter) in a high-power blender, blend until smooth.
- Stir through crunchy peanut butter (using a spoon) to retain crunchy texture.
- Pour (or spoon) into a jar/glass and layer with buckinis (or granola), additional peanut butter, chocolate, and/or crushed peanuts.
- 2 frozen bananas, chopped
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2-3 medjool dates
- 1/2 Tbsp hulled tahini
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp Pic’s Crunchy Peanut Butter
