Seed Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Pics Seed & Nut Mix
  • 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Almond Meal
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Dark Chocolate, Chopped
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC fan-bake and line a loaf tin with baking paper.

  2. Mash the banana. Whisk together the Seed & Nut Mix, maple syrup, vanilla, egg and mashed banana.

  3. In a separate bowl combine the almond flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.

  4. Roughly chop the chocolate.

  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix to combine, then fold through the chocolate chunks. Pour the mix into the prepared loaf tin and bake for 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Cool, slice and enjoy!
