Salt & Pepper - Savoury Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough
  • 2 Tbsp Salt & Pepper peanut butter
  • 1/4c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices of pickles
  • Drizzle of sriracha sauce
  • 5g butter

Directions

1. Spread a thin layer of butter on the outside of both slices of bread.

2. Spread a thin generous layer of Salt & Pepper Peanut Butter on one side of each slice of bread.

3. Top with sliced gherkins, grated cheese and drizzle over the sriracha. Then place the second slice of bread on top.

4. Grill the sandwich in a sandwich press or fry pan for a few minutes each side or until golden. Enjoy!
