Peanut Buttercream Icing

Ingredients

  • 190g softened butter
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup Pic's Smooth Peanut Butter

Directions

1. Add the softened butter, icing sugar and vanilla in to a bowl.
2. Whip for 5 minutes on high. The mixture should be almost white in colour and super fluffy.
3. Pour in the peanut butter.
4. Whip for one more minute.
5. Kua rite te pani reka - the icing is ready!


Pipe it, smear it or eat it out of the bowl if that’s what you need to do! Enjoy.
