Bom Dia Peanut Butterer

Peanut Butter Granola

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

  • 2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup buckinis 
  • 1/2 cup peanuts  
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
  • 3/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  3. Then add coconut oil and peanut butter, mix well
  4. Spread granola over a lined baking tray and place in the oven for 20-25 minutes, turning every few minutes
  5. Turn off heat and leave granola in the oven for approx. 30 minutes to continue baking
  6. Once completely cooled, store granola in an air-tight glass jar
