- Preheat oven to 180̊C
- Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Then add peanut butter, coconut oil, cacao butter, almond milk. coconut nectar, and egg yolks.
- Mix well.
- Whisk egg whites until firm peaks form and then gently fold into the mixture.
- Grease and line a medium-sized baking tin and spoon in the brownie mixture.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 mins.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 mins.
- To create swirl effect, melt chocolate using a double-boiler and spread on top of brownies.
- Use a skewer to create swirl effect with the extra peanut butter.
