1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
2. Using a knife or pizza cutter, cut one 2 the pastry sheets into 12 rectangles and place them on the baking trays. Cut the remaining pastry sheets into long, thin strips.
3. Spread the peanut butter into the middle of each pastry rectangle and top with slices of banana.
4. Brush some milk around the edge of the pastry to help the pastry stick.
5. Layer strips of the pastry over the filling in a zig-zag pattern to create a ‘mummy’ effect. Press the strips of pastry down well into the rectangles so they don’t lift when baking.
6. Brush the pastries with additional milk and dust over some icing sugar.
7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and place on a wire rack to cool.
9. Use a little bit of peanut butter to stick the google eyes onto the pastries.
