Cook with Luke Chocolate Peanut Butter Slab

Ingredients

  • 12-15 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 jar PIC’S Smoochy Peanut Butter
  • 200 g melted dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed

Directions

1. Get started by opening your dates, and being careful to still keep the two halves connected. Press the dates into a baking tray lined with baking paper. 

 

2. Generously top the dates with the smoochy peanut butter and spread it out so it's nice and even and covers the dates. 

 

3. Pour over the melted dark chocolate, and before the chocolate sets, sprinkle with the crushed roasted peanut. Set in the fridge until firm, then slice and enjoy!
