Chocolate Swirled Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients for the peanut fudge

  • 5 tbsp Pic’s smooth or crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp honey/agave/maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Ingredients for the chocolate

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey/agave/maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

Directions

Peanut Butter Fudge:

  1. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan until it becomes completely liquefied.
  2. Stir in the peanut butter and honey to create a really smooth, sweet mixture.
  3. Line a small baking dish with cling film or baking paper and pour in the melted fudge mix.
  4. Pop this into the freezer to set for a couple of hours or overnight.
  5. Once your fudge is completely set, remove from the dish and cut into pieces.

Chocolate Topping:

  1. Gently melt the coconut oil and stir in the cacao powder and honey.
  2. Drizzle a little of the chocolate mixture over each of your fudge pieces.
  3. To create the peanut butter swirl- take a small dollop of peanut butter and place this into the centre of the chocolate covered fudge and swirl these into each other using a fork.
  4. Pop the fudge bites back into the freezer for an hour to allow the chocolate to completely set.
