Chocolate Chickpea Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas- drained and rinsed
  • 4 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 4-5 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Pic’s Peanut Butter
  • 1 Scoop (20g) vegan chocolate protein powder
  • Water

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine all of the above ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, gradually adding water as you go until you reach the desired consistency.
