Baked Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 & 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 cup high protein almond milk
  • 75g peanut and chocolate butter
  • 1 Tbsp chopped peanuts

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC on fan-bake.

2. Add the flour, protein powder, baking powder, cocoa and sugar to a large bowl and mix to combine.

3. Add the coconut oil (melted) and almond milk and whisk to form a smooth batter.

4. Pipe the donuts into a donut tin tray, or into a donut maker, and bake for 15-20 minutes or until fluffy.

5. Spread the donuts with the chocolate peanut butter and then sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Enjoy!
