Wigmore Deli x Pic’s Peanut Butter

Pic’s teamed up with Wigmore Deli for a limited-edition sando and cold brew starring our Chilli and Honey Peanut Butters.

Wigmore Deli collab

For ten tasty days, Pic’s Peanut Butter took over a little corner of Wigmore Deli in Auckland.

From 24 July to 2 August 2026, we teamed up with Gin Wigmore and the Wigmore Deli crew on two limited-edition creations featuring our Chilli Peanut Butter and Honey Peanut Butter.

They were hot, fresh and very much here for a good time, not a long time.

Pic’s Peanut Butter met Wigmore Deli

We like a collaboration that gives people a genuinely good reason to eat more peanut butter.

Wigmore Deli gave us exactly that.

The centrepiece was the Pic Me Sando: crispy seasoned tofu, crunchy slaw and fresh mint, finished with a satay sauce made by whipping in our Chilli Peanut Butter.

It was crunchy, spicy, creamy and gloriously messy in the way a proper sandwich should be.

And Auckland clearly agreed. The limited-edition menu started selling out early on day one.

A Chilli Peanut Butter satay sando

Our Chilli Peanut Butter had only just escaped the factory when the Wigmore crew got hold of it.

Turning it into satay sauce made perfect sense. Peanut butter already brings the richness and body you want in a satay, while the chilli adds a good bit of warmth without bullying everything else off the plate.

At Wigmore Deli, that sauce was piled into the Pic Me Sando alongside crispy tofu, slaw and mint.

Not a timid desk-lunch sandwich, then.

Can you make something similar at home?

Absolutely.

Chilli Peanut Butter works brilliantly anywhere you might normally use peanut butter in a satay-style sauce. Try thinning it with a little soy sauce, lime juice and warm water, then spooning it over noodles, tofu, chicken or roasted vegetables.

No deli required.

Honey Peanut Butter went into the coffee

The second half of the Wigmore Deli collaboration was slightly less obvious.

Peanut butter. Coffee. Foam.

Stick with us.

Wigmore served an Allpress cold brew topped with a cold foam made using our Honey Peanut Butter.

The honey brought a gentle sweetness while the peanuts gave the foam a rich, nutty edge that worked rather nicely with strong cold coffee.

It was also one of the first chances people had to taste Honey Peanut Butter before it arrived more widely on supermarket shelves.

We'd happily drink another one.

A very Kiwi collaboration

One of the best bits about working with Wigmore Deli was that the whole thing felt properly local.

Gin Wigmore is a Kiwi creative who has always done things her own way, which made Wigmore Deli a pretty natural place for Pic’s to turn up.

The collaboration took two new peanut butters out of the jar and put them into something people could eat, drink and talk about.

That’s much more fun than simply announcing that there are some new jars on a shelf.

It also made a fair bit of noise, with the collaboration picked up by New Zealand food and lifestyle media and shared by plenty of Auckland food folk.

Missed the Pic Me Sando?

Bad news first: the Pic Me Sando and Honey Peanut Butter cold foam were limited editions, so their Wigmore Deli days are over.

Good news: the peanut butter isn't.

Our Chilli Peanut Butter and Honey Peanut Butter can still be put to work in your own kitchen.

Try Chilli Peanut Butter in noodles, satay sauces, dressings and savoury toast situations. Honey Peanut Butter is very good on porridge, toast, pancakes, apple slices and, apparently, cold brew.

We learnt something too.
