Our expert Peanut Butter Tour Guides will take you behind the scenes. See how the finest Hi Oleic peanuts are roasted in Roasting Matilda, our 15-metre oven, then squished into Pic’s Peanut Butter - once for Crunchy, one-and-a-half times for Smoochy, and twice for Smooth. Take in the smell of fresh roasted peanuts and follow their journey from start to jar.

  • Enjoy a tasting of all our delicious spreads
  • Discover the history of peanut butter and Pic’s story
  • Meet Pic himself (if he’s not off spreading the peanut butter gospel)

Winter hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:00pm
Weekends and public holidays: Closed

Tour duration: One hour (includes tastings)

Join our tour guides Rosey, Tania, and Mere for an hour of good stuff. From a behind-the-scenes look at our factory to delicious tastings.

A few things to know:

  • Bookings are essential (spaces fill up fast)

  • Tours are great for adults and kids but not suitable for anyone with peanut allergies

  • This is a working factory, so you’ll receive a health and safety briefing

  • Arrive early, our car park is often fuller than your fresh jar of peanut butter

Standard adult ticket for ages 15 and above. Includes one free 380g jar of Pic's Peanut Butter.

Child (under 15) - Free

Discounted ticket for children under 15 years old. This ticket type does not include complimentary peanut butter.

Adult Nelson Tasman Resident - Free

Entry is FREE for all residents of Nelson Tasman, with proof of address. You will be required to provide proof of address when requested on entry. This ticket type does not include complimentary peanut butter.

Student - $20.00

Discounted ticket for students (15+ secondary and tertiary, with valid ID). Includes one free 380g jar of Pic's Peanut Butter.

Senior/SuperGold Card holders - $20.00

Discounted ticket for seniors aged 65 and above and SuperGold Card holders. Includes one free 380g jar of Pic's Peanut Butter.

Family pass (2 adults and 2 children) - $45.00

Discounted ticket for two adults and two children, aged under 15. Includes two free 380g jar of Pic's Peanut Butter.

Blind Low Vision NZ or Big Brothers Big Sisters - Free

Entry is FREE for members of Blind Low Vision NZ or Big Brothers Big Sisters. This ticket type does not include complimentary peanut butter.

Healthcare and Emergency Services workers, Armed Forces personnel - Free

Entry is FREE for Healthcare and Emergency Services workers, and Armed Forces personnel. This ticket type does not include complimentary peanut butter.
