- Place the equal measures* of butter, coconut sugar and rice malt syrup in to a pan and bring to the boil.
- When the caramel mix thickens, add the equal measure of Pic’s Smooth Peanut Butter and stir until well combined.
- Drizzle on top of your popcorn and mix it all through with a spoon (if you want to get your hands involved in the mixing, just remember it is very sticky!)
- Just kidding! There’s no step four! It’s that easy! Now… DIG IN!
*The amounts here are not a scientific calculation.. more like a guestimate of what will work best with a large bowl of popcorn. So if you have a smaller bowl, adjust your measurements.
