1. Pop peanut oil to a frying pan and warm on medium heat
  2. Add in your garlic & ginger and sauté until fragrant
  3. Add in your onions and cook until softened
  4. Mix through your spice mix and cook out for a couple of minutes
  5. Combine your tins of tomatoes to the mix, reduce heat and simmer until tomatoes are well broken down and a sauce has formed. Season to taste.
  6. Blend through your cashew butter for creamy goodness
  7. Add your paneer (or veg) until warmed through

    Serve with you choice of sides
