1. Pre-heat oven to 160 Cut broccoli into florets and boil or steam broccoli until tender.
  2. Allow to cool then chop Mix the chopped broccoli, chilli, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a bowl until well combined then add the almond butter to form a dough.
  3. Transfer mixture to a greaseproof loaf pan and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes until browned.
  4. Sprinkle with additional seasoning if desired Serve with a fresh tzatziki or sour cream, a wedge of lemon and side salad
