- Pre-heat oven to 160 Cut broccoli into florets and boil or steam broccoli until tender.
- Allow to cool then chop Mix the chopped broccoli, chilli, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a bowl until well combined then add the almond butter to form a dough.
- Transfer mixture to a greaseproof loaf pan and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes until browned.
- Sprinkle with additional seasoning if desired Serve with a fresh tzatziki or sour cream, a wedge of lemon and side salad
