1. Gently melted the coconut oil and peanut butter together, then stir through the sweetener of choice.
  2. Pour a little of the mixture into the base of each of the cups and place these into the freezer for about 15 minutes to allow to set.
  3. Once these have hardened, add a tsp of the jam into the centre of each and cover with the remaining peanut butter mixture.
  4. Return these to the freezer for 45 minutes minimum, or until completely set.
