Loaded Açai Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 packets Açai smoothie mix
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp Water
  • 1/2 Medium banana
  • 3 Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp Pic’s Squeezy Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter granola
  • 1 Tbsp Freeze dried raspberries

Directions

Blend the açai, frozen banana and water in a high speed blender to form a smooth and thick mix. You may need to add a little more water to blend if it is too thick. 
Slice the banana and cut the strawberries into quarters. Pour the açai into a bowl. Top with sliced banana, strawberries, granola, peanut butter and freeze dried raspberries.
