1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add in all other ingredients and mix well.
  4. Form the dough into a large flattened ball and place on a sheet of baking paper.
  5. Sprinkle with buckwheat flour and roll until at least 1 cm thick.
  6. Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters. 
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden.
  8. Drizzle with raw melted chocolate.
