1. Preheat the oven to 190c.
  2. Gently heat the coconut oil, peanut butter and coconut syrup in a pan and mix until well combined. Remove from the heat and stir in the buckwheat flour.
  3. Mould the dough together with your hands (make sure it's not too hot!) and shape into cookies.
  4. Place these onto a lined baking tray and bake for 7-10 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove the cookies from the oven and allow to cool completely.
