1. Pre heat your oven to 180
  2. Pop all the ingredients (bar the blueberries) into your blender and blitz until smooth
  3. Fold your blueberries through the mix
  4. Line your muffin trays and add a generous scoop to each wrapper
  5. Top with a sliced or slivered almonds for a little crunch
  6. Bake in a fan assisted oven for 18-20 minutes
  7. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
